Designing a purpose-led experience that brought ESG storytelling to life
1. Context
Datamaran, a leading ESG risk platform, was preparing to launch a new brand narrative tied to its sustainability commitment. As part of this repositioning, it partnered with Climate Week NYC to create a brand activation that could connect emotionally with a new global audience—from investors to policymakers to thought leaders.
2. My Role
As Head of Brand, I led the entire creative vision and execution of the activation — from initial concept and narrative design through to production, experience design, and comms. This was a flagship project to showcase our evolved brand in a high-impact, real-world context.

We wanted to move away from corporate ESG language and instead craft an experience that felt human, modern, and emotionally resonant.
4. The Execution
Designed a full activation presence at Climate Week NYC, including digital displays, print materials, motion graphics, and environmental branding.
Art directed all visual elements in alignment with our new brand identity
Created narrative messaging and thematic storytelling throughout the space
Partnered with the comms and marketing teams to launch supporting assets across social, email, and PR channels
Coordinated suppliers, vendors, and production across locations and time zones
5. The Outcome
Positioned Datamaran as a brand ready to lead in ESG at a global level
Increased brand visibility during a key launch window, reaching a wide spectrum of stakeholders
Built internal confidence and external engagement around the new brand identity
Laid the foundation for future event branding and live storytelling campaigns
